The winery has 4 hectares of vineyards and produces 3 three wines from the following grape varieties: Merlot, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. This clay-limestone soil is cultivated without the use of herbicides or synthetic pesticides.
The visit of the property will lead you to the monolithic cellars located 7 meters under the castle. Joseph Sublett, the owner, will be delighted to share with you his passion for his vines and his wine.
The 16th century building now houses 20 comfortable rooms.
You can relax by the outdoor pool with its breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards, in the billiard room or in the garden with terrace.
The hotel's restaurant offers a daily buffet breakfast with homemade products: fruit juices, cakes ... You will also be able to eat there at lunchtime and in the evening.
The wine bar welcomes you every evening of the week to taste our vintages around tapas in the garden in summer or by the fire in winter.
The restaurant, open from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime, offers a bistronomic menu at 38 € made from fresh, local and home-made products.
Every lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday, you can
come and take a gourmet break by discovering our
daily menu at 22 €.
You can enjoy the authentic setting of the property while tasting a glass of wine from the estate on the terrace or in one of the two vaulted rooms of the Château.

If you are looking for an original and rewarding place to host your work groups or seminars, the Fleur de Roques estate offers you the possibility of renting a fully-equipped conference room in the very heart of our Château.
